Role: CCM Consultant (MessagePoint)
Location: US (Remote)
Contract
Desired Industry Experience: 6 - 10 years
Relevant Experience: MessagePoint Composer, OpenText
Academic Qualification: BE/ BTech/ MCA

Primary Skills:
•8-10 Years of experience in Analysis, Development of Applications on MessagePoint, OpenText Exstream and execute jobs
•Hands-on experience working on Template development using MessagePoint & OpenText Exstream is a must
•Analysis and requirement capturing for CCM applications
•End-to-end design, Development, Process Orchestration and deployment
•Expertise in Interactive Template Development
•Setting up of environment (OpenText and MessagePoint) and configurations on Windows-based systems
•Knowledge of Scripting languages - Perl, Python, Powershell
•Unit Testing using PDF comparison tools

Secondary Skills:
•CCM tools like Quadient, Pitney Bowes EngageOne are an added advantage
•Experience in the Migration of Applications from one composition tool to another (OpenText to messagePoint)
•CCM Domain experience

Soft Skills
•Working experience at client locations based in the US and handling clients
•Able to communicate effectively and work with an offshore team
•Team player
