As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth and exceptional journey. You'll help crafters, entrepreneurs, and creators overcome challenges, answer their questions, and succeed with their projects. From troubleshooting orders to assisting with print-ready artwork inquiries, your problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset will leave a lasting impact. You'll also play a crucial role in identifying and resolving technical issues and have a voice in shaping improvements to enhance the customer experience.
This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility (3 days in office). Training is conducted in-office to set you up for success, build connections, and immerse you in the Jiffy culture.
