Are you disciplined enough to follow a proven sales process that can lead to a six-figure income? If so, we want you to join our family. Our Sales Consultants will learn all our products, sell homes, and secure contracts. It's a challenging role, but it's ideal if you're willing to work hard, are coachable, and don't mind working weekends and some holidays. Your responsibilities will include following up with prospective customers, maintaining the sales database, presenting products to customers, and analyzing the competition in the area.
To qualify for this role, you must have at least two (2) years of proven sales experience; experience in new home sales is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities—both one-on-one and in large groups—are essential. A valid driver's license is also required.
