This role oversees all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on high-profile, fast-paced builds. Candidates must be open to travel if not local to the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Resolve field issues and maintain daily reporting

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction; casino experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record on $50M+ ground-up projects
• Willingness to travel as needed
