Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update client information and data into the company database.
  • Verify the accuracy of received documents and data entries before processing.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records, files, and reports related to data entry activities.
  • Assist in generating reports and notices as required by the different service groups.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data entry processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding data handling.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office management or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
