Job Summary
Our Truck Service team is comprised of nearly 3,000 skilled technicians across the nation. With over 280 locations, TA Truck Service is committed to excellence in service and forward-thinking innovation. The Inventory Management Team Member plays a crucial role in maintaining our inventory operations, ensuring travelers are always back on the road better than before.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun and supportive environment that prioritizes exceptional customer service.
• Understand and operate all computer systems in the Shop Profit Center, including POS systems efficiently.
• Review Work Orders from previous shifts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process Purchase Orders and Requests for Documentation (DRs) and reconcile invoices for payment.
• Research negative inventory discrepancies and assist in processing necessary adjustments.
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting, as well as ordering, receiving, marking (PLU Number), and storing merchandise.
• Handle inventory transfers, including those related to warranty work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control.
• A team-oriented individual who is eager to contribute and collaborate.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• A valid driver's license.
