Job Description

* Plan and execute mill electrical projects to code and support the maintenance and repair of plant equipment as needed.

* Safely performing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all plant electrical equipment

* Running conduit and pulling wire

* Available to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed

* Willing to travel to other facilities, including Oakdale and Chopin

* Safely installing, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining all electrical and electronic plant equipment

* Corrective and preventive maintenance problem resolution

Job Qualifications

A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.

* Must have electrical aptitude and industrial electrical experience, 3 years preferred

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to grasp complex concepts easily

* Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed for the organization

* Ability to interpret electrical schematics

* Outstanding attendance record

* Verbal and written communication skills

* Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
