What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the resolution of complex application incidents, performing root cause analysis and maintaining ownership of the client relationship until resolution
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product Owners, and Sales teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance digital platforms
  • Ensure application stability by monitoring systems and managing alert notifications
  • Drive continuous process improvement and automation in IT service delivery, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Participate in required shift and on-call rotations to meet or exceed performance expectations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in leading and supporting Enterprise-level applications in an advanced (L3) support capacity
  • Advanced experience with multi-tier on-premises or cloud-based architecture and proficiency in cloud service providers
  • Deep understanding of IT service delivery principles with demonstrated experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
  • Strong experience with Linux
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with DevOps best practices and tools, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, or REST API technologies
  • Familiarity with Content Service Platforms (CSPs) such as Alfresco, Hyland, M-Files, or Nuxeo
  • Experience with Python scripting and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA
  • Minimum Bachelors degree or applicable work experience (BS, MS, or MBA from an accredited university)
