Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90k-$105k (depending on experience)

Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see onsite requirements below).

**Onsite Requirements: Position will require on-site work at Saint Inigoes, MD 2 days per week once training is completed. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.
• The Contractor shall support the GPL in the performance of setting project baselines by performing project planning activities; defining Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), integrated and resource-loaded schedules, and detailed cost estimates; tracking and reporting key events; creating detailed spend plans; and generating project management and spend plans.
• The Contractor shall assist with monitoring and tracking project performance against established baselines and shall generate reports that support cost, schedule, and performance projections and controls, and support integrated schedule functions such as identifying variances and analyzing critical paths, resources, and dependencies in order to determine cause and possible mitigations.

• Other duties as assigned or required.

Required:

• Of the minimum three (3) years of required experience, at least three (3) years of experience must have involved supporting DoD projects and associated project management techniques. Demonstrated experience in estimating project cost, collecting project data, analyzing and interpreting project status, and providing documentation to support the project.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing key project management tools such as Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), N-ERP, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Demonstrated experience with project risk management, risk documentation, and risk mitigation, to include risks associated with project cost, project schedule, and technical performance.
• B.S. or B.A. in an Engineering, Technical, or Business discipline.

Desired:

• Experience with Business Objects, Shared Data Warehouse, PIEE, FAR, and FMR are highly desirable.

Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
