Customer Service Representative - Remote State of Delaware

Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, providing accurate, courteous, and professional assistance to internal and external customers. The CSR supports applicants with questions related to their temporary housing solutions and uses an in house program system of records to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Location: Remote - MUST reside in the State of Delaware

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00AM-4:00 PM EST = 30 hours per week

Contract Duration: 4 months

Pay Rate: $16 to $19/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, accurate support on inbound customer calls.
  • Assist applicants with temporary housing questions and issues.
  • Process requests to resolve issues on first contact and update accounts.
  • Identify next steps and escalate issues when needed.
  • Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing.
  • Actively listen to understand concerns and provide solutions.
  • Research customer accounts using systems, tools, and policies.
  • Analyze issues, apply sound judgment, and recommend resolutions.
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently while managing time effectively.
  • Educate customers on available web tools and provide co-browsing support.
  • Identify and report recurring issues, trends, and system errors.
  • Complete required training and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and ability to manage multiple applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours with dependable attendance.
  • Ability to pass federal clearance background check.
  • MUST reside in the State of Delaware.
