As a Maintenance Associate at Mini Mall Storage, you will ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of our car wash's. Your role includes cleaning, plumbing, inspecting, and maintaining brand standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Performing litter pickup in the surrounding areas.
• Maintaining car wash bays including garbage disposal, bay cycle initiation, inspection for leaks, and overall cleanliness.
• Activating and testing various equipment such as vacuums, bill validators, and vending machines.
• Conducting routine mechanical room maintenance tasks, including examining pump and compressor conditions, checking chemical levels, inspecting belts, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
• Other job duties as assigned.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, or related field preferred.
• Capability to absorb new information quickly.
• A smartphone with a data plan to access our mobile app.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work 7 days a week - morning or night, indoors and outdoors.
• Travel and support to other facilities may be required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
