Child and Youth Wraparound Case Manager - Cleveland, Texas

The Child and Youth Wraparound Case Manager will provide a combination of skills training and case management responsibilities for an identified caseload of children and youth. The ideal candidate will have a background in child and youth mental health and demonstrate the ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment. Tri-County offers this position the opportunity to work an alternate schedule. Services will be held primarily in the community and in the homes of the children/youth on their caseload. This is what you will do:

• Provide mental health case management
• Provide mental health skills training
• Provide assigned assessment and intake
• Billing and data entry responsibilities
• In and out of region travel required

You will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Science field or related discipline
• Must qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) under Texas Administrative Code (TAC) credentialing requirement (Rule 353.1415)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• 3 years MH experience and treatment strategies to effectively interact with consumers, families, and other agencies preferred
• Valid TDL and be insurable through Tri-County

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $25.20

Annual equivalent: $52,432
