Ameritas is seeking Customer Service Representatives to drive the business by providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations and achieves customer loyalty. This is an inbound, call center position and will communicate with providers and insured members for verification of insured eligibility, plan provisions, claim status or other pertinent information. This role will be a part of our Group (dental and vision) insurance division. What you do: Communicates by phone or written correspondence with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer routine questions, process transactions, or resolve issues. Documents customer inquiries and related customer data electronically. Assists service team(s) with back office support functions. Protects the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures.
