University Camp Challenge Course Facilitator/ Camp host Hours: University Camp operates during weekdays and weekends. Hours vary based on rentals. Primarily a Summer Job with inconsistent work during the fall/spring semester. Job Function: Assist with University Camp rentals which includes the following:Challenge Course Facilitator- Greet guests as they arrive to the challenge course and ensure waivers are filled out.- Go through safety checks, setup what is being used during the rental, and work with staff on various roles and positions.- Go through the challenge course safety brief with guests and help put on harnesses and helmets.- Facilitate activities such as zipline, big swing, power pole, low elements, and full circuit course.- Ensure groups listen, follow safety guidelines, and provide a safe/welcoming environment for guests.- Provide care and supervision in the event of an emergency.
