Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to support their Gas Operations team within a busy outbound contact center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys coordinating schedules while ensuring a positive customer experience.The Scheduler will manage a high volume of customer interactions while coordinating service appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate service systems and procedures in a professional setting where your input is valued.
This contract is approximately 704 hours (about 4 months) with the potential for extension or conversion to a direct hire role.
