Rate of Pay: $72,842/yr. - $79,200/yr.
Job Duties: Responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements, to retain the customer long term. Understand the customer contract, technical knowledge of the services and technology, scheduling requirements, management of reporting and invoice accuracy, and coordinating onsite services within the agreed to service level agreements. Own the care of the customer relationship, connecting with key business representatives from the customer team. Work with Business Development, Global Client Executives, and customer service associates. Act as the main interface between the customer and the company's Logistics, Operations, and other internal departments. Maintain the company's existing relationship with the client or group of clients (channel partners) to ensure continuous business.
Telecommuting /working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Global Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an Operations Research Analyst - related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Management, Global Management or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in an Operations Research Analyst - related occupation.
