O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers; Quickly and accurately take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery; Route delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries and maintain delivery vehicle standards; Verify product/merchandise is billed before customers leave the store; process returns and credits timely; Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed; assist with customer labor claims
