O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs; Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching/mentoring team members, and ensuring training up-to-date; Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews; Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money/deposits and security checks
