O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs; Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates; Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and security checks; Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store
