The Customer Success Manager, Automotive is a key member of our growing Auto vertical team. This role is responsible for onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of mid-sized automotive customers.
In this player-coach environment,you'll operate with high autonomy and act as a trusted advisor to dealership stakeholders - from initial setup through renewal. You'll also help build the operational playbook for how Conversica supports success in the auto market.
