Are you professionally fluent in English and Polish or German? Do you enjoy helping customers while using your language skills in real-time conversations?
We are hiring a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our growing international customer base. This role requires strong verbal fluency, cultural awareness, and the ability to move confidently between languages during live customer interactions.
What You'll Do:
- Support customers via phone, chat, and email in English and Polish or German
- Handle billing inquiries, order issues, and account support
- De-escalate concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Advanced verbal and written fluency (C1 preferred)
- 1+ year customer service experience (remote or call center preferred)
- Ability to switch between languages seamlessly
- Clear, professional communication style
- U.S. work authorization
