Real Estate Contract Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Contract Analyst to join our Centralized Leasing Team (CLT), supporting real estate leasing and network infrastructure transactions nationwide. This Real Estate Contract Analyst role is critical to ensuring efficient contract review, negotiation support, and operational excellence for our Network Engineering and Operations team.

Real Estate Contract Analyst Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and prepare time-sensitive real estate and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support contract management processes related to leasing and network infrastructure deployment
• Manage and respond to emails and internal communications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update the team's internal document repository, templates, and workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution
• Apply knowledge of legal and real estate principles to support daily operations

Real Estate Contract Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of experience in legal support, contract management, or real estate transactions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Foundational knowledge of legal and real estate terminology and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience drafting routine contracts and professional communications
• Strong understanding of real estate terms, conditions, and leasing processes
• Ability to identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements
• High sense of urgency and commitment to internal client satisfaction
