ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Accurately and efficiently perform high-volume order entry for assigned Covercraft products, including direct-to-consumer internet orders and purchase orders from business-to-business partners. Ensure timely processing to meet production and shipping deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Develop proficiency in multiple internal systems and processes.
• Research and reference application guides and internal resources to identify correct part numbers, ensure order accuracy, and investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
• Monitor assigned orders and provide clear, professional communication to customers and manufacturing facilities regarding order status, updates, and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A very high level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Good verbal and written customer service and intracompany communication skills.
• Ability to learn to navigate new software programs quickly.
• Ability to gain the required product knowledge.
• Strong self starter and problem solver.
• Must have good organizational and time management skills.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:

1 to 3 months related work experience and/or on the job training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Sitting 100% all of shift.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED.
