Pay rate - $26.60/hr. on W2

• A Customer Care Representative with 10 to 15 years is responsible for managing a large volume of incoming phone calls.
• Generate sales leads. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
• Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas.
• Manages customer complaints.
• Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Follows up ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions.
• Files documents. Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
