Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a compassionate and confident Bilingual Client Intake Associate to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. In this role, you will speak with people during emotionally sensitive moments, offering reassurance while carefully gathering essential information about their situation. Your ability to listen attentively, communicate clearly, and document details accurately will directly influence how quickly and effectively potential clients receive legal support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys meaningful client interactions, and takes pride in being both empathetic and precise. Your work will play a critical role in protecting attorney time while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Compensation Range: USD $1,150 to $1,220

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain calm, empathy, and professionalism during emotional conversations
  • Support approved prospects through electronic intake and onboarding steps
  • Screen and qualify potential cases based on intake guidelines
  • Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and text messages promptly
  • Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented
  • Schedule qualified leads for free case reviews with legal staff
  • Enter and maintain client information within the CRM system
  • Complete intake forms accurately and thoroughly
  • Gather and document detailed information related to accidents or injuries


Requirements:

Additional Details

• Full time remote position aligned with Central Standard Time CST
• Fully bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• High volume intake environment handling calls, web submissions, and text messages
• Personal injury or legal intake experience is a strong plus at least 1-2 years
• Ability to manage confidential and emotionally sensitive information with professionalism

Software and Tools:

CRM platforms such as Salesforce
VOIP and call handling systems including Zoom
• Internal communication tools such as Slack
• Microsoft Suite including Outlook

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [CST][CDT] (United States of America)

Languages:

English, Spanish
