This role supports multiple concurrent initiatives, including fraud and voice authentication, telephony platform upgrades, and AI-assisted agent experiences. The QA engineer will ensure functional correctness, security and data visibility behavior, and end-to-end reliability across Service Desktop and telephony-driven workflows.
