Be a core part of a strategic restructuring initiative within the Tax and Treasury domain. This program focuses on cost reduction, global operational efficiency, and technology-led transformation. The initiative includes task automation, role realignment to low-cost geographies, and reducing the scope of Project Business Case (PBC) activity to free up critical resources.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation of new and efficient business models supporting global cost-saving strategies.
• Design a future-ready operational structure utilizing emerging technologies, robust support models, and curated service catalogs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to assess role redesign, regional realignment, and technological integration.
• Ensure the newly proposed structure aligns with tax, treasury, and compliance standards.

• 7+ years of experience in business consulting, with a background in tax, treasury, or finance.
• Experience with organizational restructuring, financial modeling, and process improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead global initiatives involving role redesign and efficiency gains.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of cost-saving strategies.

• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automation platforms.
• Exposure to treasury systems, tax compliance processes, or shared services operations.
