Oxford Solutions is working with a financial services organization seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep SimCorp Dimension expertise to support enterprise-level initiatives. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule.

This role will serve as a senior-level resource on complex, moderate-to-high risk projects, acting as a subject matter expert on SimCorp Dimension while contributing to modernization efforts, including initiatives that intersect with data strategy and generative AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts across all BABOK knowledge areas including planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation, analysis, lifecycle management, and solution validation
• Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable SimCorp Dimension solutions
• Act as first line of support for SimCorp Dimension, leading root cause analysis and guiding issue resolution in partnership with the Product Owner
• Drive enhancements through the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design, system configuration, documentation, solution walkthroughs, and user acceptance testing support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across investment operations and technology teams
• Contribute to and support the SimCorp Center of Excellence, mentoring team members and promoting best practices
• Provide subject matter expertise on SimCorp's global delivery and implementation model
• Support integration and data initiatives, including projects aligned with analytics, automation, and AI-driven process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in information systems with strong exposure to requirements lifecycle management, development support, and testing
• Demonstrated expertise with SimCorp Dimension (required)
• Experience in asset management, pension, insurance, or fund administration environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial systems and data flows
• Experience with SimCorp Data Warehouse, Bloomberg, or custodian integrations
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
