Sparks Group has partnered with a renowned government transportation contractor to seek a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Financial Systems Analyst. This role involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities, related to providing senior level system support and analysis related to process improvement activities, projects/system enhancements and/or upgrade initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, redesign, and correct PeopleSoft FSCM combination edit configurations to align with business and finance requirements
• Partner with Finance Production Support and business stakeholders to assess current-state configurations and define future-state needs
• Identify configuration gaps and drivers requiring temporary or conditional disabling of combination edit groups
• Develop, modify, and implement updated combination edit rules and supporting Trees to address identified gaps
• Thoroughly document configuration changes and conduct testing to validate functionality, providing clear audit-ready evidence

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis or functional systems support
• 4+ years of senior-level experience supporting financial systems enhancements, process improvements, or upgrades
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise configuring and correcting combination edits in PeopleSoft FSCM v9.1
• Experience working in complex environments such as public sector, government, or large enterprise organizations
