Job description:
Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central, particularly in the development and support of WECI integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM architecture and integration points.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations between Kronos WFC/UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with API-based integrations, FTP processes, and data mapping tools.

• Proficient in writing and debugging scripts for WECI integrations.
• Strong understanding of data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and FTP.
• Experience with SQL, querying databases, and working with relational data models.
• Familiarity with Workforce Management best practices and processes is a plus.
