• Configure and manage Journey Stage models, including account scoring, stage entry/exit criteria, and progression logic across the full funnel.
• Build and optimize Demandbase Automations for account and person-level engagement triggers, routing, and workflow actions.
• Implement account-level and persona-level personalization across web, advertising, and content experiences using Demandbase data and segments.
• Support account segmentation and targeting strategies using firmographic, technographic, intent, and engagement signals.
• Analyze engagement, journey velocity, and pipeline impact through Demandbase reporting and account analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing operations, sales operations, and data teams to ensure accurate account mapping, Journey Stage alignment, and CRM synchronization (primarily Salesforce).
• Perform QA testing on configurations, automations, and data syncs to ensure accuracy and performance; document processes and provide training/handover to internal teams.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities across ABX programs, including campaign logic, data usage, and targeting strategies based on performance insights.
Required Expertise
• Deep hands-on experience with Demandbase One Marketing, particularly:
o Orchestration (multi-channel plays, audience building, cross-system actions)
o Journey Stages (full-funnel stage design, entry/exit rules, measurement)
o Automations (always-on evaluation, triggers, and actions on accounts and people)
o Personalization (dynamic web, ads, and content experiences at the account level)
o Designing campaigns using lists, CRM campaigns, and dynamic Demandbase audiences, with a clear understanding of how each method interacts with Demandbase's account matching and Salesforce account hierarchy/ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing / Account-Based Experience (ABM/ABX) strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle.
• Experience integrating Demandbase with Salesforce CRM and at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot).
• Ability to work with account and contact data models, segmentation logic, enrichment sources, and intent datasets.
• Experience leveraging intent data, engagement signals, and account analytics to drive campaign strategy and prioritization (e.g., MQA definitions, signal-based plays).
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills within complex B2B martech ecosystems, especially around data sync, audience definition, and activation.
• Experience handling escalations for complex system issues, including integration troubleshooting and account match resolution.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Bombora, or other B2B intent/data providers used alongside Demandbase.
• Experience with multi-channel ABX orchestration (ads, web, email, sales engagement / SDR tools).
