RPA Developer (UiPath)
Fully Remote - U.S. Based

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to play a critical role in advancing enterprise automation initiatives across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive operational efficiency, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall business performance through intelligent automation using UiPath.

You will partner directly with business leaders to identify automation opportunities, design scalable bot solutions, improve existing automations, and lead full lifecycle RPA development efforts. This role operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong visibility to senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full RPA lifecycle: scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Enhance and optimize existing automations (30+ processes currently in production)
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
• Translate business processes into scalable automation solutions
• Build and maintain business cases to support RPA expansion
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve production bot issues
• Support release cycles, including testing and potential after-hours deployment support
• Present automation demonstrations and provide training to leadership stakeholders
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and performance

• 3-5+ years of technical experience in RPA or software development
• Strong, hands-on UiPath experience (Studio and Orchestrator required)
• Proven experience managing the full bot release lifecycle
• Proficiency in:
  • .NET
  • SQL
  • APIs / system integrations
• Experience improving and maintaining existing automations
• Strong business process analysis skills
• Ability to independently identify automation use cases and drive them through execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior business leaders

• Experience with additional RPA platforms such as:
  • Automation Anywhere
  • Blue Prism
• Background in mortgage, title, real estate, finance, or related industries
• UiPath Developer Certification (preferred)
• Experience building solutions in loosely defined environments
• Knowledge of macros and advanced Microsoft Office tools

• Fully remote within the U.S. (EST/CST preferred but no strict time zone restriction)
• Established automation ecosystem with 7+ years of UiPath adoption
• 30+ bots already in production
• Small, collaborative team of 3 RPA Developers
