The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in assisting and serving our valued customers. Key responsibilities include general stocking tasks such as processing merchandise, building displays, and ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping atmosphere.

• Efficiently operate a cash register for customer transactions.
• Unload and unpack merchandise to maintain stock levels.
• Construct and replenish displays while keeping merchandise organized on shelves.
• Engage with customers, addressing their inquiries or concerns to promote a friendly, customer-centered environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space while observing company safety protocols.
• Encourage customers to take advantage of Ace Rewards membership benefits.
• Adhere to all legal regulations regarding restricted sales.

• Basic knowledge of cash register operations.

• Capacity to reach, handle, and manipulate objects.

• Occasional lifting or pushing of items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Regular bending, kneeling, and squatting are required.
