Job Summary:

Client is seeking a SharePoint Technical Specialist (Junior) to support ECM solution design for Preconstruction business processes. This is a non-development role focused on business analysis, solution design, documentation, QA testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design SharePoint/web-based solutions for business processes
• Gather requirements and create user stories
• Perform QA testing (system, workflow, edge cases)
• Document solutions and create user guides
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage communications
• Support deployment, training, and implementation
• Drive process improvements and solution validation

Required Skills (8+ Years):

• Business Analysis in enterprise environments
• SharePoint design (lists, libraries, workflows, site structures)
• QA testing (system, workflow, scenario-based)
• Process re-engineering and documentation (WCAG compliant)
• Agile/SDLC knowledge
• Azure DevOps/TFS or similar tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Preferred Skills:

• Client or transportation domain experience
• Power BI / Power Apps
• ServiceNow
• Balsamiq Wireframes
• Microsoft Copilot

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $57.00 - $63.00 per hour.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
