Tax Senior Associate
Tulsa, OK | Hybrid

ARC Group is seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Associate with partnership tax experience to join our Tulsa office. In this role, you will perform complex tax compliance and provide consulting services to individuals, trusts, partnerships, and S corporations. You will work in a collaborative, supportive environment that empowers you to deliver exceptional client service and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multiple client service teams on engagements, including planning, executing, and completing tax projects across diverse industries.
• Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, owners of closely held businesses, and private companies.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on engagement work; provide performance feedback during engagement and year-end reviews.
• Research and consult on complex tax matters; utilize tax software for preparation and processing of returns.
• Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to manage expectations, meet deadlines, and strengthen relationships.
• Participate in business development, proposals, and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2-6 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
• Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, partnership, S corporation, individual, and trust tax returns.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve tax issues, collaborating with specialists as necessary.
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses, with a track record of implementing tax strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities, including training, coaching, and team development.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience

• CPA license
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private business owners
