- (3) FMS Consultant Sr Lead:
• Systematics FMS Expertise (15-20+ years).
• Proven Business Analyst project/job experience in the following areas:
o Conversion experience (5+). (Mapping expertise.)
o Proven ability to create BRDs based on Client input.
o Proven ability to lead other Client.
o Proven SME/providing guidance to Client.
o Prior experience building test plans, conducting testing.
o Prior Client facing roles.
o Proven agile experience, experience with JIRA.
• Specialized Skillsets required:
o Know 'Monarch' system.
o Know how to 'strip data'.
o Know how 'APIs' work.
o Strong finance background.
o Strong deposits/IM knowledge.
