We are looking for a senior-level Power Delivery Engineer to take a leadership role on substation and power delivery projects. This position involves partnering with clients, construction teams, and internal engineering groups to guide projects from concept through construction. You will be responsible for creating and reviewing substation layouts, protection and control concepts, and technical drawings, as well as developing equipment lists and material takeoffs for new and existing facilities. The role also includes supporting construction activities in the field and remotely, ensuring designs are executed safely, accurately, and in alignment with project requirements.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field and extensive experience in substation or power distribution engineering. A strong understanding of power system protection, utility interconnections, renewable energy integration, and system studies is important, along with hands-on expertise in substation physical design, controls, communications, SCADA, and telemetry systems. Professional Engineer licensure is a plus. Compensation: $150k
