Working within an Agile environment, the Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful execution of engagement.
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a solid understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on investment banking and capital markets.
Investigating and comprehending the current state data environment and data sources.
Developing mappings from legacy to new data models.
Contributing to the design of APIs.
Writing user stories and assisting in backlog grooming related to API development.
Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders including engineers, product owners, scrum masters, architects, and program management.
Previous exposure to financial markets, including US Treasuries, MBS, Repo, FX, and securities lending.
Preferably, prior consulting experience, especially with customized technology solutions.
Proficiency in API design and integration patterns.
Experience in developing data models and data mapping.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

Competence in developing presentations and proposals.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

- Direct collaboration experience with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience in intricate technical projects with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, including crafting and presenting material to high-level audiences.
- Experience in software development, data analytics, and a solid understanding of common technical architectures.
