Broad Statement of Responsibilities: The Clinical Assessment Coordinator provides professional assessments of individuals and families for program services and serves as a liaison to the All Points North Programs. Provides screening, intake and care coordination support and leadership to contact center staff and consumers seeking services at APN. Provides support and leadership to the overall operations including Community Resource team.

Education: This position requires a minimum of a master's degree in behavioral science, or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in an addiction and or mental health residential-outpatient treatment setting and integration with a community resource team. Prefer License Professional in Behavioral Health or Certification in Colorado as a CACII or higher.
Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be provide professional assessment and work collaborative with contact center team; able to communicate well with potential people in need of professional services; be adaptable to meet the organizational needs during growth and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus.
