As our VIP organization grows, Salesforce will serve as a central hub connecting events, player engagement, analytics, and execution. This role helps bring structure, coordination, and momentum to that ecosystem.
What's the position?
The Coordinator - VIP Salesforce supports the execution and coordination of Salesforce-related initiatives for the VIP team and reports directly to the VIP Marketing Project Manager. This role blends Salesforce execution, project coordination, and cross-functional communication - ensuring VIP initiatives move forward efficiently and accurately.
You'll work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, VIP Analytics, and VIP Coding to support events, player engagement workflows, and evolving VIP processes. This is a foundational role for someone who enjoys connecting people, systems, and timelines in a fast-growing environment.
