  • Enhances reliability and affordability of data analytics in healthcare
  • Establishes modern and robust analytics foundations
Position Responsibilities:

Implementation Leadership with AI Enablement
  • Own end-to-end implementation for new RCM analytics customers: discovery, requirements, mapping, build, AI toolkit configuration, testing, training, and go-live
  • Run structured requirements sessions with RCM leaders; translate operational goals into datasets, measures, dashboards, and intelligent AI workflows
  • Configure AI capabilities for client-specific use cases-customizing natural language models, tuning predictive algorithms, and setting up automated analysis pipelines

  • Define and monitor implementation success metrics (adoption, time-to-value, data quality SLAs, AI accuracy metrics, user engagement with intelligent features)
  • Measure and report on AI ROI-quantifying time saved through automation, improvement in denial rates, and acceleration of insights
Product Liaison & AI Innovation Partner
  • Pressure-test product usability, AI feature effectiveness, and workflows; bring pragmatic, field-tested feedback and prioritize improvements
  • Author user stories for analytics/product features and AI capabilities, participate in sprint reviews as the voice of RCM operations and the champion of user experience
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to refine predictive models based on client feedback and real-world performance
  • Support rollouts with configuration, role-based views, AI prompt templates, and guided walkthroughs for end users
  • Identify new AI use cases from client interactions-you'll help define what AI superpowers we build next
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on RCM domain experience (front/mid/back preferred; strong back-end acceptable) with deep literacy in how the dollars flow
  • Must-have: practical experience building/using reporting & analytics for RCM workflows (claims, remits/denials, payer nuances, operational KPIs)

  • Epic background strongly preferred: 3-5 years with Epic Resolute/RCM (or comparable RCM tech background)
  • Ability to lead client-facing workshops, translate requirements, and drive decision/adoption
  • Strong SQL/BI literacy (e.g., Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and comfort validating data with analysts and engineers
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change-management skills
