Senior Accountant (Hybrid - Coppell, TX)

Superior Cloth & Stitch is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Coppell, TX. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting a fast-paced accounting environment with direct involvement in the monthly close process and financial reporting.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning their work, working through complexity, and contributing to a collaborative, growing team.

What You'll Do

• Own key components of the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform high-volume, complex reconciliations across multiple entities, including intercompany accounts
• Support accounting areas such as cash, prepaids, accruals, and intercompany transactions
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and corporate accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Assist with financial reporting, audit support, and process documentation
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and ad hoc projects

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of accounting experience (corporate accounting experience preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven close environment
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Experience with inventory accounting is a plus
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a less structured environment

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) in Coppell, TX
