We are hiring a Senior Solutions Analyst to join our Application Integrations team at Clarivate. In this role, you will analyze business needs and translate complex processes into clear, actionable requirements that drive innovative and effective integration solutions for internal and external customers. As we onboard new HR integrations, expand into API-based integrations and build AI foundation, you will play a critical role in engaging stakeholders early, shaping integration requirements, and partnering with Technical Architects to define future-state integration blueprints. Your work will ensure end-to-end alignment across business, architecture, and engineering-reducing rework, improving specification quality, and keeping delivery timelines on track.

About You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Analyst role or similar work experience

What will you be doing in this role?

• Provide guidance to stakeholders in the feature prioritization and development of acceptance criteria for JIRA stories in alignment with scope for a quarter or release
• Maintain an awareness of initiatives across the portfolio to identify synergies and opportunities
• Conduct thorough analysis of integration/business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Assess and evaluate existing solutions to determine their compatibility with new or evolving business needs
• Partner closely with ERP, CRM, and specialized application owners to source data from authoritative system-of-record platforms
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions are technically feasible and sustainable
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making
• Collaborate on solution designs to ensure requirement alignment and implementation of effective data mapping and integrations
• Create and maintain detailed Agile-oriented artifacts for proposed solutions, including functional and non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models throughout the development lifecycle
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, UX, and architecture and delivery managers, to communicate and clarify requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
• Participate in testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of solutions

About the Team

You'll be joining a collaborative and innovative IT Services organization focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise systems through intelligent integrations and microservices. The team includes three existing architects located in Ann Arbor and Philadelphia, and works closely with internal development teams across India, Belgrade, and the US. You'll be partnering with a wide range of stakeholders including developers, designers, and product owners to bring cutting-edge integration capabilities to life.

Hours of Work

• Full-time permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed
• Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days a week on-site)
• Must live within a commutable distance to our Ann Arbor, MI, Overland Park, KS or Philadelphia, PA office
