Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Platform Middleware Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise middleware platforms. The role involves supporting complex in-house, vendor, and cloud-based systems across multiple Client agencies while adhering to DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and maintain middleware platforms: WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Oracle, IBM, Red Hat, BEA, etc.
dminister Linux servers and troubleshoot system, network, and middleware issues.
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, or Puppet for automated provisioning and deployment.
Collaborate with application developers and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and system lifecycle management.
Monitor and resolve production issues with a focus on performance, stability, and high availability.
Prepare and coordinate system deliverables, including architecture design, system analysis, and performance tuning.
Recommend enhancements and modifications to systems, technologies, and disaster recovery plans.
pply enterprise best practices, governance, and DevOps standards in all middleware operations.
