About Us
Woomer Nistendirk Associates, PLLC is a growing accounting firm serving a diverse roster of clients. We pride ourselves on integrity, collaboration, and creating a supportive environment for our team. As we prepare for the retirement of valued senior staff members, we're seeking an experienced Tax Manager to step into a key leadership role. We truly value our accountants' time with our unique hourly model which ensures that you don't get paid less for doing more work. We offer an accessible path to partnership that recognizes your life outside of work is just as important as your life at work.
For 2026, our plan is for our full time accountants to average 45 hours per week during tax season and 36-40 hours per week thereafter. We have some accountants who average less than that and some workaholics who choose to work more and earn more. In staff surveys, the number one positive comment year-after-year is how truly flexible we are. Whether you prefer to start your day early, work later in the day, or step out for your kid's school assembly, we are here to support your work-life balance.
