About the Opportunity:
The Associate Director, Strategic Impact Partnerships - External Engagement & Infrastructure plays a critical role in advancing SIP's national engagement strategy by ensuring external partnerships and high-visibility engagements translate into measurable pipeline growth and regional impact.
This role operates at the intersection of national partnerships and Regional SDP execution-activating conferences, association engagements, and cross-sector relationships to generate qualified leads, cultivate strategic champions, and support multi-year district growth.
As SIP expands its national footprint, this individual will lead the activation of external engagements while building the infrastructure required to scale what works. This includes shaping how engagements are designed for impact, ensuring disciplined follow-through with regional teams, and establishing repeatable models that convert visibility into opportunity.
Top Must-Have Skills: They must have worked on conferences / external events and tied it to lead generation / sales impact. Salesforce. Stakeholder / Relationship Management exp with Educators, Leadership, External partners. Project Management + Ownership experience. Education / EdTech / Non-profit / SaaS domain.
