Part-Time Remote Recruiter - Caregiver Staffing

Location: Remote (must be within driving distance of Fairfield, NJ)
Schedule: ~20 hours per week | Flexible schedule
Compensation: Up to $35/hour

We areseeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver roles. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, ideal for a selfmotivated recruiter who understands the importance of matching the right caregivers with families who depend on highquality, personalized care.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with families and internal teams to understand specific care needs, preferences, personalities, and schedules
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, community outreach, schools, and local organizations
  • Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and critical soft skills such as compassion, patience, reliability, and communication
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and families and gather feedback throughout the process
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure all compliance and credentialing requirements are met
  • Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified caregivers to meet ongoing and urgent staffing needs
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention, and continuously refine recruiting strategies
  • Represent the organization professionally while promoting a mission-driven, caregiver-first culture
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare, caregiving, or high-volume recruiting strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience hiring caregivers, home health aides, DSPs, or similar roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and families
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements, background checks, and certifications (a plus)
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Must be located within driving distance of Fairfield, NJ

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
