Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Logistics Analyst
Location: Deerfield, IL - Hybrid
Contract: 8 months+ (with possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $35/hr. on W2

Role Overview:
The Sr. SupplyChain Logistics Analyst (3PL) is responsible for leading day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives within the supply chain, focusing on third-party logistics (3PL) performance. This role analyzes production, inventory, distribution, costs, and other business metrics to optimize operations, streamline processes, and support long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with 3PL suppliers to optimize performance, resolve operational issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain supply chain metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve operational workflows.
  • Support core teams in managing program/project requirements, product activities, and milestones related to supply chain operations.
  • Lead standard program/project management tasks, including priorities and capacity planning for supply chain initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations for building internal processes and procedures to support overall supply chain strategy.
  • Maintain and update models in Microsoft Office, including scenario-based planning models and systems integration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support supply chain operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing large-scale or multi-faceted projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory, distribution, and logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, problem-solve, and recommend improvements.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills; familiarity with scenario modeling.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards or WMS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise professional judgment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-project management skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
