Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Web Designer - Project Lead to support a major web modernization initiative within a collaborative healthcare research environment. This role will lead the redesign and migration of existing web platforms using modern Microsoft .NET technologies while mentoring internal staff and promoting best practices in modern web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and rewrite existing legacy .ASPX (.NET 4.7) web applications
• Lead website modernization using .NET 8.0/10.0 frameworks
• Develop scalable, maintainable web solutions using modern design principles
• Provide training and mentorship on current web development technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and maintenance
• Ensure performance, usability, and long-term maintainability of web systems

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with .NET
• 7+ years of experience with C#
• 5-7 years of experience with HTML
• 5-7 years of experience with CSS
• 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with DevExpress

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
