Equities:

• Track record of at least 2 years running quantitative equities
• Sharpe Ratio of 3
• Annualized return of 5% of GMV
• Maximum drawdown of 2% of GMV

• Track record of at least 2 years running quantitative futures strategies
• Sharpe Ratio of > 1.75
• Ability to expand to multiple venues
• Desire to port strategies to equities universe

• Access to capital with a well-defined road map for growth based on performance
• Use of a state-of-the-art quantitative research, analysis and trading platform capable of trading strategies with microsecond latencies
• Colocated production trading plant operated by global team
• Access to over a petabyte of market, historical and derived data sets supported by a dedicated data team
• Access to a highly skilled team of quantitative researchers, developers and data experts
